Non-custodial trading

Spot orders are signed by your wallet. Simply Exchange matches and settles without holding trading balances as a custodian.

Fiat & token sales

Fiat checkout runs in regulated payment flows. Settlement assets go to issuer treasury; project tokens are sent in a separate on-chain transfer with order ID linkage.

What we do not store

Seed phrases or private keys
Card numbers (entered only in payment UI)

Infrastructure

API hosted on AWS with signed webhooks, idempotent payouts, and auditable order ledger.
