This Policy explains why Digital Trends, Corp. cannot reverse blockchain transactions and where to seek help for fiat payment issues. We are a non-custodial technology interface; we do not control processor chargebacks or bank refunds, and we are not the merchant of record for fiat payments.
2. Irreversibility of Blockchain Transactions
No Refunds and Finality: All cryptocurrency transactions initiated via the non-custodial smart contracts or delivered through third-party fiat gateways are permanent, immutable, and mathematically irreversible on the blockchain. Once a transaction is broadcasted to the network, {{ENTITY}} cannot cancel, reverse, or refund the assets. Any disputes regarding the fiat funding stage, authorized card charges, or failed identity verifications must be directed exclusively to the third-party payment processor that handled the fiat payment.
3. Fiat Payments (Third-Party Processors)
Who processes fiat:onramp and offramp operators we integrate and their banking/card partners, and other processors we enable.
Chargebacks & refunds: Contact the processor using the receipt or support channel on their checkout. We do not control card network chargeback outcomes.
Failed KYC / declined payments: Resolved with the processor; we cannot override processor decisions.
Wrong fiat amount or currency: If checkout completed on the processor, remedies are processor-specific.
4. Wrong Wallet Address or Network
If you supply an incorrect wallet address or blockchain network, Digital Assets may be sent to the wrong destination or fail. We cannot recover misdirected assets. Always verify address and network before confirming payment on the processor site.
5. HRPT Token Sale
For HRPT purchases (/app/buy-hrpt.html), after fiat settlement and on-chain HRPT transfer to your BEP-20 address, no reversal is available from Digital Trends, Corp. Operational support may assist with traceability (order ID, webhook status from POST /v1/fiat/webhook) but cannot recall on-chain tokens.
6. Cancellations Before Payment
Until you complete payment on the processor's hosted page, you may abandon checkout without charge. We do not store your payment credentials on the Platform.

For complaints handled by the Company, we aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days. Matters owned by a Third-Party Processor (fiat charges, chargebacks, KYC) are subject to that processor's complaint procedure.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy. Continued use of checkout after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law and Contact
This Policy is governed by the substantive laws of the Republic of Panama, excluding conflict-of-law rules, consistent with our Terms of Service.
